We have just purchased Mollino Cantone which is one half of a former mill. We are currently applying for planning permission to sympathetcally restore and extend this property into a luxurious and spacious one bedroom cottage with part indoor and part outdoor pool.

The cottage is situated within 4 acres of it's own land which includes a small wood to the rear and a fruit orchard to the front. 

The property is located within walking distance of the village of Torre Del Colle which has an excellent restaurant. The historical town of Bevagne is only a short drive away and Assisi is only 12 miles away.

Subject to planning and building works we hope that the cottage will be ready for letting towards the begining of 2009.
